REFUND POLICY
The registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Within the first week of the course, 70% of the fee (that is, apart from the deposit) is refundable.
After the first week, no fees are refundable except in case of family or medical emergency. The amount refunded depends on the individual cases: please consult our administrator should the necessity arise.
HOMESTAY RULES AND GUIDELINES
Respect China and Chinese culture.
You are responsible for your own belongings such as cash, important documents and other valuables while staying with your host family.
Overnight girlfriend/boyfriend visits are not permitted. You must ask your host family's permission if you have visiting friends.
In general, don't come home later than 10:00 pm, especially in winter. If it's a special occasion, please notify your host family in advance.
'Party animals' are generally not welcome - sorry!
Don't use your family's telephone to make long distance calls, but short local calls can be made.
No smoking if your host family are non-smokers.
If you are not happy with your host family, we will try to arrange a change for you. But if you can't get along with the new family either, perhaps you should consider hotel accommodation.)
